This policy covers the mobile games published by InTheory Solutions LLC under the name InTheory Games (“we”, “us”), including TomeReaper, Of Skill & Silver and our fishing game, and this website.
The short version
- Your game progress is saved on your device.
- We don’t ask for your name, email, phone number or contacts to play.
- Anonymous play statistics are only recorded if you say yes, and you can turn them off any time in Settings.
- We never sell your data.
What we collect
- Game progress and settings, stored on your device so you can keep playing.
- Anonymous gameplay statistics (for example, levels played, items caught or used, and which screens you open), only with your consent. These are not linked to your name or contact details.
- Crash and performance information (device model, OS version, error details), if a game includes crash reporting, so we can fix bugs.
- Information you send us, such as an email to support or a tester sign-up.
Online features
Some games may later offer optional online features such as cloud saves, leaderboards or sign-in through Google Play Games. When they do, the related data is handled by that service under its own privacy policy, and this page and the game’s store listing will be updated before the feature goes live.
Ads and purchases
Our games currently show no ads. If ads or in-app purchases are added later, purchases are processed by Google Play, we never see your payment details, and we will update this policy and ask for any consent required first.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Keeping and deleting data
Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its data. To ask us to delete anything we hold about you, see Delete your data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
